Today marks 5 weeks until the start of the 2020-2021 school year. Riverside Public School is planning on starting on time (August 18th) with regular hours and in-person school days. Since the beginning of COVID-19, we have worked on making decisions two-weeks at a time in an effort to make the best possible decisions with the most updated information available to us at that time.
We will continue to use a similar process as COVID cases and recommendations from the state and our local health departments could change between now and the start of the school year. Riverside administration is using current restrictions, guidelines, and suggestions to compile a "Return To School Plan" for families; however, we know that changes and updates will likely need to be made to this document between now and August as COVID information changes so frequently. In order to provide you with the most up-to-date information regarding Riverside's return to school procedures, our intent is to provide this plan to you by August 1st.
