With everything that has happened this past week, we were unable to collect very many RSVP’s for our Title I/STEM/Title III Parent night for next Tuesday, March 19. Please do us a huge favor by filling out this form to give us an idea of how many supplies we still need to collect.
You only need to fill this form out if you have a Spalding site student in grades Pre-K thru 5th or a Riverside Middle School student. Please fill the form out even if you are not planning on attending.

Supplies that are needed: 2 liter pop bottles, toilet/paper towel rolls, and any type of cardboard boxes(ex-cereal, pancake, pop tart, crackers)
