Basketball games this week for High School: Monday at Lutheran High Northeast: Varsity Only Girls tip-off @ 6 PM. Boys to follow Masks are required, no tickets or pass list (all are welcome). Tuesday: JV boys vs. St. Edward @ 4:45 PM (3 quarters) Varsity girls @ 6 PM Varsity boys to follow. Games are in Cedar Rapids. Masks are required, student athletes have been given tickets. Games can be watched on Riverside Youtube channel. Friday: JV boys tip-off @ 4:30 vs Nebraska Christian (4 Quarters) Varsity girls @ 6 PM Varsity boys to follow. Games are in Cedar Rapids. 🌼With all this snow on the ground, nothing like thinking ahead to spring, sunshine and flowers!🌸 The Riverside Horticulture class is planning a hanging basket sale for this coming April and would like to get an interest count from those in the community. There will be 5 different baskets designed by the students. Each will contain a mixture of 3 different types of flowers and will cost $30. If you are interested in purchasing 1 or more baskets please contact LaTravia Dobson by email at latravia.dobson@riversideps.org, on the Riverside Facebook page, or by calling the school at 308-358-0640. If you have empty metal hanging baskets lying around, like the picture below, that you no longer want, the Horticulture class would gladly accept them and give you 20% off of 1 hanging basket. Here is the information for the Riverside JH basketball tournament this Saturday in Cedar Rapids. Each athlete will be given 3 tickets to follow NSAA 50% capacity. The main gym will have all games streamed on the Riverside YouTube channel. All games played can be streamed on Riverside’s Striv page.

Varsity wrestling travels to Central Valley tomorrow. Wrestlers were given two tickets for the invite. The invite can be streamed on Central Valley’s YouTube channel.

January 29 girls basketball only game vs Central Valley will be in Spalding. Doors will be open to all with 50% capacity. Masks are required. The game will be streamed on our YouTube channel. Game starts at 6PM.

Riverside FFA Valentine's Day Fundraiser is running now until Feb. 1st. Delivery will be Friday, Feb. 12th. Elementary students will have an order form sent home today. High School and Middle School Students can pick up forms at either office. #BeACharger⚡⚡
