GAME DAY!!!! Time to top off an awesome homecoming week with a great football game starting at 2pm today vs. the wildcats. Our gentlemen have put hours of work on the practice field & now it's time to see that hard work pays off on the game field! Best of luck!

On Tuesday, our XC athletes had a race at the Malcolm Invite at Branched Oak. Ryan ran another quality race just missing out on a medal placing 16th with an 18:30. Kobe finished with a 25:01. Next Monday they compete at the UNK invite followed by the West Holt invite on Thursday

Some of our staff relived their "glory days" of being athletes & ballin' out... appropriate for opposite day 😂😉🤪 It was a fun day & the students had a good chuckle and/or shaking of their heads witnessing the awesomeness!

Opposite day was full of laughs, questionable looks and an overall great time! We had many different versions of opposite and I loved the creativity! Excellent job by everyone! Tomorrow is Christmas so bring that ho ho ho spirit!

Checkout our first graders exploring the world of iPads in our brand new flex room with Mrs. Connie Dobson! They are currently going through IXL which has different educational sections to help reinforce topics and/or skills! Keep up the great work!

Our fabulous FBLA crew is down in Omaha at the Future Leaders Conference! They were on the road by 6am and ready to take in the plethora of information. Looking forward to hearing what was learned and how they will help Riverside become even better!

Congratulations to our C.H.A.R.G.E.R.S of the month! These individuals went above and beyond and did great things to show they are representing the #RPSway
*Keaton - helped lift a heavy object for our cooks
*Jesse- helped unload 4 pallets without being asked to
*Connor C- found 40$ and returned it to the office
*Connor Y- waited at the crosswalk and helped others
*Zoey- helped with pledge and helped within the classroom
*Cooper- led a nervous student to his new bus route driver
*Logan- helped Mrs. Bennett during parent teacher conferences and led parents to the proper classroom
*1st graders- while coming in from recess, picked up a lot of leaves that blew in and threw them away without being asked too
